Design, supply, and project management of (6) PLC I/O cabinets (each a separate project), including UPS, power supplies, and PLC hardware.  Included development of all fabrication drawings, preparation the HFAT documents and execution of the validated customer testing.

Design and supply of a triple redundant high current (100A) 24VDC power supply.

Design and supply of (5) GE Fanuc Genius I/O control panels, including 60 modules, HFAT preparation and execution.

Design and project management of (2) burner management system replacements, fuel oil backup system, and power house documentation.

Construction and startup consulting services for three new boilers, including scheduling, documentation, and punch list resolution.  

A/E supervision and document review for Merck for additional three boiler and turbine/generator expansion (currently in progress).   Represented project and I/E during HAZOPs of over 40 P&IDs.

Designed, fabricated and supplied three (2) separate Emerson Process Delta V Control Systems.  Included HFAT document preparation.  These systems replaced exiting Genius Block I/O.

Designed, supplied, and started up wireless controls for a solvent transfer system, including motor start-stop and tank level information.
